Me voici, Ô Allah, me voici. Tu n'as aucun associé.
Seigneur ! Accorde-nous belle part ici-bas et belle part dans l'au-delà, et protège-nous du châtiment du Feu.
3. Le Sa'i entre Safa et Marwa (7 Parcours)
Commencez au mont Safa puis marchez vers Marwa (tour 1), et inversement, totalisant 7 trajets finissant à Marwa. Les hommes accélèrent entre les repères verts.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the core pillars of Umrah?
The pillars of Umrah are: (1) Ihram with intention, (2) Tawaf (7 circuits around the Kaaba), (3) Sa'i (7 laps between Safa and Marwa), and (4) Shaving or trimming the hair.
What is the difference between a Pillar (Rukn) and an Obligation (Wajib) in Hajj?
A Pillar (such as Standing at Arafah or Tawaf al-Ifadah) cannot be compensated; missing it voids the Hajj. An Obligation (such as staying at Muzdalifah or Stoning the Jamarat) if missed unintentionally does not invalidate Hajj, but requires offering a sacrificial penalty (Dam) distributed to the poor of Makkah.
